UNITED STATES: I accept money orders or paypal & credit card payments from US residents; personal checks are acceptable as well and are subject to a 10 day waiting period.  

CANADA: I accept paypal & credit card payments from Canada (and other foreign countries).  I also accept Western Union transfers (non-refundable) from Canada; any fees charged by W.U. are responsibility of customer.  I do not accept foreign checks or money orders.

NO CODs.

I may consider a trade if you have GOOD quality macaw tail feathers or LARGE white turkey wing or tail feathers.  I will require photos of the feathers you offer for trade.

I pride myself on the quality of my craftsmanship and customer service, and I hope that you will love your order.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item to me, and upon receipt, I will refund your purchase price. I reserve the right to re-sell items that are returned. Returns must be received by me within 30 days of original shipping date.

REFUNDS:  Refunds will be submitted in-kind (minus original shipping if used).  Money order payments will be refunded with a money order; paypal payments will be refunded via paypal...IMPORTANT: if submitted, paypal refunds may stay in your paypal account indefinitely; you may need to transfer the refund out of your paypal account back to your bank. Refunds for payments made with a credit card usually credit directly back to your credit card.  Paypal will also send you a notification email with additional instructions if needed.
