Sparkle plumes: the newest style of plume on the powwow circuit!

Sparkly legal plumes feature lots of tiny clear AB mylar tinsel ribbons tied throughout the main part of the plume for a pretty and subtle sparkling effect (at no extra cost).

Sparkly legal plumes are somewhat brighter white than my regular legal plumes.

Sparkle cannot be added to genuine eagle feathers provided by customer.

NEW! Sparkle can now be added to bouncer plumes!
