Shipping:

All of my pre-made items are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation to US destinations OR USPS registered mail to Canada. 

US shipping: $6.95 per box anywhere in the US ($12.50 for fans). USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days.  If shipping to a PO box, please check your box for a delivery attempt notice and check with your postal employee because my packages are typically too large to fit inside PO boxes. My shopping cart uses an automatic shipping calculator based on number of items purchased.  I will safely combine as many items in a single box as possible, and any automatically calculated shipping overcharge will be refunded.

Canadian/International Shipping: All Canadian orders and purchases will ship via USPS Registered Mail for a flat fee of $22 USD per box.  My shopping cart uses an automatic shipping calculator based on number of items purchased.  I will safely combine as many items in a single box as possible, and any automatically calculated shipping overcharge will be refunded. Here's how that fee breaks down:
    $11.80 = registered mail fee
    $2.40  = return receipt fee (requires customer signature)
    $5.40 = approx. first class mail postage
    $2.40 = handling fee
    $22 = total due
Why registered mail?  Registered Mail parcels are placed under tight security from the point of mailing to the point of delivery to help speed delivery and prevent opening or rifling. Registered mail also includes insurance against loss or damage, tracking, and verification of the date and time of delivery and/or delivery attempts.

Payment:

UNITED STATES: paypal and credit/debit card payment only for pre-made items....paypal e-checks are subject to a 4-6 day waiting period.  

CANADA: paypal and credit/debit card payment only for pre-made items....paypal e-checks are subject to a 6-12 day waiting period.  

Please provide a valid email address upon check out.

The postal address you provide upon checkout will be the one I use for shipping.  Please verify that it is correct prior to payment.

I pride myself on the quality of my craftsmanship and customer service, and I hope that you will love your purchase.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item to me, and upon receipt, I will refund your purchase price. I reserve the right to re-sell items that are returned. Returns must be received by me within 30 days of original shipping date.

REFUNDS:  Refunds will be submitted via paypal.  Refunds for payments made with a credit card usually credit directly back to your credit card.  Paypal will also send you a notification email with additional instructions if needed.
